Indoor Courses

Introduction to climbing £50

for the complete beginner, this course covers wall safety, equipment, belay techniques, successful top roping and bouldering techniques.

Intermediate Skills Course £70

for those who have completed the Introductory course or have a little experience on indoor walls. The course is designed for those who want to progress to outside climbing and looks at outdoor safety, rope work, equipment used for rigging and protection and the skills necessary for outdoor climbing.

Skills Course II    £70

A look at more advanced techniques for the climber about to progress to outdoor climbing. The course covers leading techniques, advanced rope work, multi-pitch theory, rescue techniques, dealing with emergencies and much more.

All courses take place over   4 X  2 hour sessions, usually at Brunel University.

After completion of these courses, the student may wish to progress to outdoor climbing by attending one of the regular intro sessions or skills days in The Avon gorge.
