Ursula has made an appearance usually once every season. She and Phoebe don’t get along and they only speak to each other when something huge happens. When Phoebe found their real mother she went to tell Ursula who says she already knew about her from Lily’s suicide note, which she had never told Phoebe about.
Ursula appeared again when their grandmother died, saying to this that she thought their grandmother had died five years ago and she knows she already went to the memorial service.

Ursula also appeared when the gang thought Phoebe was a porn star. Despite Joey’s protests, they watched part of Buffay, the Vampire Layer anyway, only to discover the star was actually Ursula using Phoebe’s name. For this, Phoebe talked to Ursula again, who told her she could get her $30.00 if they filmed a twin movie. To this, Phoebe went down to the company that Ursula works for and picked up Phoebe’s checks and gave them her “correct address.”

On their 30th birthday Pheobe went to give her a gift and discovered that they were really 31. She next appeared at the Bing's Halloween party with her fiancee' whom she had pretty much tricked into marrying her. Pheobe blew her cover.
