6.  Rachel A. Curttright - She was born July 3, 1835 in Wayne Co., Michigan. She married Squire Hester. Squire was born in 1831 in Ohio.  He was the son of William Hester and Constance Benning.  They were married on July 4, 1855 in Jones Co., Iowa. Rachel died on May 9, 1859.  According to the book "Hester Genealogy" by Hester Geraldine Lester Searl, "Rachel died when a child was born in 1859.  The infant lived a year.  Squire went to the civil war and was never heard from again."  It is believed that he died about 1865.
