FOR THE PENGUIN WINTER CARNIVAL IS NOW CLOSED.
You may register by one method of two methods:

registration is now closed unless you use overnight express mail by
Wednesday, January 26. Online registration is otherwise the only
available option.

Mailed-in registration
is available for the price of a postage stamp.
Be sure to print out and use the official
registration form and put it in the mail no later than January 18,
2005 (or November 26, 2004 to be eligible for keepsake items).
If you have family members who will be accompanying
you to the banquet but who are not attending the Penguin Winter
Carnival, please register them for the banquet via mail.

Register online by December 1, 2004 to be eligible for keepsake items. You will have to go through the
registration process once for
each person you are registering. Family members must register
together to qualify for the discount. Be sure to also register for
the banquet at the same time!
We cannot accept on-site registration in Tampa. The organizers need advance time with final head counts to
complete arrangements, plan meals, prepare packets, etc. We can only guarantee keepsake
items for people who register for Penguin Winter Carnival 2005
by
December 1, 2004.

policy carefully before you register.
Your name will be added to the Registrants
List after it has been received. If you do not see your name
there within two weeks of either registering online at active.com or
mailing in your paper registration, please email
the organizers.
Where will the profits go, if any remain after
expenses? This is a not-for-profit, volunteer event. Our fondest hope is to simply
"break even". If there are any remaining funds after
expenses, the first $200 will be set aside as seed money for the
next major volunteer-organized penguin running and workshop encounter and conveyed to the organizers of that event.
