First and foremost, let us congratulate you on your decision to consider Gamma Chi Omega for your fraternity. We at GCO, believe that we represent a higher standard of campus activities including academics, leadership roles and athletics. We believe in maintaining a good reputation by representing ourselves in organiazations such as the Student Government Association and sponsoring events such as our annual Pig Roast. We also play a large part in the annual Jam-4-Man concert which benefits the poor.

Why Pledge a fraternity?

On campuses throughout the world, fraternities, sororities, and co-ed social organizations have worked to develop well-educated, free-thinking citizens since the late 18th century. A large percentage of the leaders in North American business and government circles spent their college days amidst Greek letters. Individuals may laud the Greek system, and others may scorn it, for Greek organizations have certainly presented many cons to balance their pros. But all in all, their continued existence, and their ability to develop the leadership of many nations attest to their permanence as a part of the academic experience.

Why Pledge our fraternity?

To name a few...
The most enjoyable part of being part of GCO is having the lifelong feeling of being part of a Brotherhood, with strong ties to all past, present, and future brothers.
In a Brotherhood, we look out for each other without a second thought. This mutual respect leads to some of the strongest friendships you will ever enjoy.
We are responsible for ourselves. We use a democratic system, meaning that all Brothers vote on rules and requirements that affect them.
GCO gives you a chance at real responsibility that affects everyone's life. It helps you grow as a person, one of the basic goals of a Brotherhood.
