To put this in the simplest possible terms, I will not sell or otherwise distribute the information that you enter on the form.
I include it only as an easy means of getting in touch with me, so none of the fields are required to make the form work, but that would simply send a blank email.

Aside from a faint loathing of, and pity for spammers, I don't see any way to deal with them in an effective manner that does not seriously inhibit the freedoms that we enjoy. They are after all simply people with a poor understanding of boundaries and generally lacking in manners.

It is a social problem rather than a legal one.
