Memeber of the Maquis cell on Ronara. Santos was the first Maquis to make contact with Ro Laren following her arrival at Ronara in 2370. Santos had sources that were able to verify Ro's cover story. Santos later acted as leader of the Maquis strike force sent to ambush an Yridian convoy.
