		Like any other campaign, there are bound to be House Rules. Among these are character generation rules, combat rules, & a spellpoint magic system.
		A brief of each of the PCs in the campaign, past & present, can be found here. The brief is a combined effort of the DM & Player & represents the history of the character prior to entering the campaign.
		Many NPCs are encountered in a city setting, but only few deserve remembrance. In this section a brief of those NPCs is rarely represented, but, more commonly, a listing including his/her stated occupation, normal local, local reputation, etc is given.
