Developed to host my first campaign as a DM, the city has developed from a small village into a thriving city at the juncture of the Rivers in the middle of a spruce forest where a 78ft waterfall was handcrafted by nature herself thus Spruce Falls. It was settled by many peoples, as discussed in the History, but not until Ros Fyndhorn, Warrior of Silverymoon, was charged by High Lady Alustriel of Silverymoon to seek out & develop a sister city to the East was Spruce Falls properly formed. With those principles & ideologies that made Silverymoon "The Gem of the North" properly instilled within the community, Spruce Falls is quickly becoming a model for unity & prosperity in the Eastern Realms.
