Match Summary:
Bristol
Central and Newington wrestled an exciting match at BC on Feb. 11th.
The match started out quickly with Capt. Sean Malenfont pinning at
145. James Dubay lost by a major decision at 152, but BC answered
with a pin by Sophomore Derek Fournier at 160. Junior Andrew
Tantillo was pinned at 171 and Sophomore Matt Dabrowski pinned at 189.
The match from there went back and forth with a lot of crucial matches
occured when some of our younger wrestlers did not get pinned and fought
it out for the whole six minutes.
The match ended at 140 with the score BC 36 to Newington 30. Jesse
Conrad wrestled well and did not get pinned securing the victory for BC. |
