Match Summary:
The
match started at the 171 weight division. Bristol Central had a
slow start losing the first two matches, but Nick Brutcher at the 215
weight class pinned his opponent and sent a spark through Bristol
Central. Eric Tuller pinned at 275. Chris Lombardi got his first
dual meet win at the 112 weight class and then Kyle Dess went on to pin
his opponent. Platt forfeited at 125 and 130 which put BC into the
lead. BC was up by 12 points when it came to the 152 lb
match. Platt pinned at 152 and were only down by 6 points going
into the 160 lb weight match. James Dubay wrestled well at 160 lbs
and wrestled the whole match coming up with a win by points. This
sealed the victory for the team. Overall, Bristol Central wrestled
well and in the end came up with a conference victory over Platt. |
