Leroy and Stitch
Lilo and Stitch successfully capture all 625 other experiments.
They are called over for a ceremony in Planet Turo by the Galactic Federation.
They
congratulate Stitch and Lilo, but since Stitch and Jumba were in exile on Earth, they are granted to return to their home planet, Keltakwan.
Jumba immediately gets back to Earth to get all his stuff and leave Earth, along with Stitch and
Pleakley. Lilo doesn't want Stitch to go, but he belongs out in space.
She lets him go anyways. Little do they know that Hamsterviel has
acquired and experiment called Leroy who will bring Stitch and Lilo back!!!

Trivia
1. One of the scene selections on the DVD is called 50,000 Leroy Clones Can't Be Wrong, which is a reference to the Elvis Presley album Elvis's Gold Records, Vol. 2: 50,000,000 Elvis Fans Can't Be Wrong.
2. When Stitch is rolling past Gantu's feet, you see many Muppet aliens. You can also see them in the back in the first shot of the stadium, you can briefly see the aliens before Stitch slides on his knees across the stadium.
3. This is the only time Gigi (Experiment 007) speaks (saying "Nice one, cousin" to Clip (Experiment 177) and "Look out!" to Mertle Edmonds); in her previous appearances, she did not speak.
4. First and only time Reuben (Experiment 625) uses his powers (except for
"Phoon").
5. When Leroy was defeated, his eyes are exactly the same as Stitch's from
Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch.
6. The scene where an upbeat version of Aloha 'Oe shuts down all the Leroys is similar to a scene in
The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie where the song Goofy Goober Rock, an upbeat version of The Goofy Goober Song, destroys Plankton's mind-control helmets.
7. On the tv promotions for Leroy & Stitch, Leroy was said to be #628. Although the pod for #628 was already seen in the series, it is never stated that Jumba actually finished that experiment, so Leroy could simply be the finished product of that pod.

Movie
Mistakes
1. In the scene where you see all of the experiments, most of them are repeated.
2. When Stitch is rolling past Gantu's feet, Wrapper has no eyes.
3. In the film, the ship is called the BRB-9000, but in the flight simulator, it is called the BRB-5000. It is clearly not a different
ship, because the voice says "You have chosen to pilot the same ship that Captain Stitch flies."
4. During the battle, you can see Phoon as her normal self fighting the Leroys. But in the final picture of all the experiments you see her as the mutated version seen in her episode.
5. When Stitch rolls toward the other experiments to give his speech, you can see Stopgo three times, and Zawp and Babyfier twice.
6. When the gang first arrives at the stadium, Stitch isn't wearing his necklace. But in the scene where he is fighting Leroy, he has it back on.
7. When Leroy captures the experiments, he captures Mr. Stenchy on earth. In the episode, he is sent to another planet. He captures Stitch later on.
8. In the first film, the aliens worked at The Galactic Federation, in Stitch! The Movie, they worked for The Galactic Alliance, and in this film they worked for The Galactic Armada.
9. Jumba mentions how hamsterviel "finked on Jumba to galactic federation" giving us the impression that the federation, alliance and armada are all part of some galactic elite. If so, Gantu, who claimed to be captain of the galactic alliance, would have been assigned to a new position. This creates a new error due to the fact that the council woman asked if Gantu would RE-assign to the armada not the alliance.
10. Gantu's ship, telecommunicator and all, functioned perfectly throughout the series (tank, finder etc), it just couldn't fly. However, in this film the ship unable to fly or use its
telecommunication system.
11. The series is very specific about what each experiment is designed to do. Yet "yapper", an early experiment, was said to only bark yet here she speaks English (advanced language
programming that Jumba never mentioned).
12. The following experiments were never seen in the film (049, 050, 052, 054, 056, 061, 073, 085, 086, 119, 222, 347, 489, 512, 517, 531 and 583). It is
unknown as to why but the explanation for the comic experiments is probably because they are from the comics and not from any episodes and film.
