Lilo and Stitch 2:
Stitch Has A Glitch
Familial love proves all-powerful when Stitch gets a glitch that
encourages bad behavior and threatens his relationship with Lilo
in Lilo and Stitch 2. Like the first Lilo and Stitch, this
straight-to-DVD sequel focuses primarily on Stitch, Lilo, and
Lilo's sister Nani. Stitch's nightmares about misbehaving prove
prophetic when he begins experiencing moments of uncontrollable
badness. Unfortunately, Stitch's unruly actions always seem to
interfere with Lilo's important preparations for the May Day hula
competition--a competition that Lilo desperately wants to win in
her mother's memory. Jumba goes to work creating a fusion chamber
that will re-charge Stitch's molecules and purge his badness, but
he can't seem to build one that works. In the end, it's Lilo's
faith in herself and the power of Ohana that offer the only chance
to cure Stitch and fill his goodness level to the top.

Trivia
1. The film seems to overlook the continuity established in the
PlayStation 2 video game, Disney's Stitch: Experiment 626. In this
game set before the events of the first film, Stitch is apparently
fully charged and wreaking havoc in outer space. This plot is also
evident in the deleted scene entitled "Stitch's Trial"
shown on the first Lilo & Stitch DVD. In Lilo &
Stitch 2, he is captured before he is fully charged and able to
cause further damage.
2. This is the first Stitch movie without the original voice of
Lilo, Daveigh Chase. She is temporarily replaced by Dakota
Fanning. According to Disney Animation Studios, because Chase was busy working on
Lilo & Stitch: The Series she allowed her best friend, Fanning, to fill in.
3. Lilo & Stitch 2 was originally slated for theatrical
release, but this plan was nixed in favor of a direct-to-video
release.
4. This film is the sequel to Lilo & Stitch, but was released
after Stitch! The Movie, thus making it an interquel.
5. Despite always being labeled with the subtitle, "Stitch has a Glitch," this does not actually appear in the title card. However, a modified title card featuring it did show up in the preview for the film's Disney Channel airing.
6. Unlike Stitch! The Movie, this film still uses traditional cel animation like the first film.
7. Several season 2 experiments are seen in The origin of Stitch before the episodes ever aired (002, 020, 029, 031, 036, 040, 044, 051, 054, 077, 089, 103, 113, 134, 204, 276, 355, 358, 505, 521, 533, 540, 566, 600 and Tickle Tummy).
8. Oddly, 627 was in the origin of Stitch but he was made after Stitch.
9. Several experiments in the origin of Stitch are numbered by error 627 is 613, Angel (624) is 128, Plasmoid (617) is 001, Yaarp (613) is 129, Heat (609) is 002, Holio (606) is 130, Houdini (604) is 131, Sinker (602) is 132, Kixx (601) is 003, Woops (600) is 134, Tank (586) is 133, Derrick (566) is 136, Thresher (544) is 137, Phoon (540) is 138, Blowhard (533) is 139, Digger (529) is 140, Wrapper (521) is 147, Cannonball (520) is 143, Deforastator (515) is 146, Yin (501) is 142, Huggo (489) is 144, Mary (455) is 536, Slimy (390) is 141, Swapper (355) is 145, Remmy (267) is 148, Nosy (199) is 150, Shredder (134) is 151, Skip (089) is 531, Zawp (077) is 547, Frenchfry (062) is 558, Hocker (051) is 542, Forehead (044) is 564, Backhoe (040) is 569, Poki (036) is 575, Hammerface (033) is 525, Fibber (032) is 580, Gotchu (031) is 586, Checkers (029) is 553, Topper (025) is 591, Slick (020) is 597, Felix (010) is 602 and Doubledip (002) is 608.
10. Early in the film, a Tigger slipper can be seen on one of Pleakley's feet.
11. Because the film was released around the same time that Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith was released, one of the trailers poked fun at ROTS by using a Star Wars-themed intro & using the gag "Revenge of the Stitch".

Movie
Mistakes
1. Continuity: When Pleakley is retrieving items for Jumba's fusion chamber, he retrieves a toaster from the kitchen. The toaster has no electrical plug, yet when the toaster is placed back on the kitchen counter and shown, the toaster has a plug.
2. Continuity: The photos in the tree house move around between shots.
3. Continuity: At the end of the movie, when Stitch gets evil a final time, he hurts Lilo and gives her a scar, but in the next scenes, she doesn't have a scar.
