what you can do to heal

be good to yourself


go for walks in nice places and think about what you need. don't think about what other people need. this is about you getting healed. we all know somewhere inside what we need to do to heal.


do things


do things you have never done and have wanted to do. tap into those childhood dreams and remember what you always wanted to do. find things you never hear of to do.


take bathes


fill a bathtub. gets some soft lights. if you use candles make such there isn't any metal in the wick. make sure they are safe. add flowers or oils or perfume to the water. relaxing music or just no sound and stay in there for awhile. let go of all the negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts.


talk to people


talk to friends. talk to people you just meet. talk to people in the public. be friendly and talk. and most of all start to listen. open up and hear what other people have to say.
