Mihoshi is the typical blonde stereotype: a complete ditz. Being a part of the Galaxy Police, Mihoshi is typically assigned to cases that her higher-ups know she can't solve or take care of just to keep her out of the way of the rest of GP's functions.
Mihoshi has, like all other Galaxy Police, a cube which is used in a variety of different ways to assist the officer, but Mihoshi's has a few extra functions, courtesy of her grandfather, the Marshall of the G.P. Unfortunately, Mihoshi at times has trouble getting it to work correctly.

Mihoshi, a Galaxy Police detective, finds herself trailing the space pirate Ryoko to Earth. Once she gets herself stranded there, her unfortunate partner, Kiyone has to come get her. After retrieving her, they both are assigned to Earth, basically to get Mihoshi in a place where she can't cause trouble for the Galaxy Police.
