Long-suffering partner of Mihoshi – and I totally understand her frustration! Kiyone only wants to move ahead in her career as a Galaxy Police Officer. Being Mihoshi’s partner only gets in the way of her goal! She has been stuck on Earth, hunted by the Galaxy Police and demoted at times – but she continues to try and make the best of things – complaining all the while!
