Note: For this fic, I put Sendoh and Rukawa in the same school for easier access :)
The next day, Sendoh walked to school with his cast on and automatically he had drawn everyone's attention to himself. However, there was only one person he was looking for, Rukawa. After yesterday's incident with Fujima, Sendoh had been worried sick about how Rukawa felt about being stood up. Still it wasn't his fault that Fujima had hit him. Finally, after escaping his worried friends and fans he was able to run to the gym. He found Rukawa there, practicing as usual.
Sendoh: hey, Rukawa sorry about not being there yesterday, I got into a little accident, so how about rescheduling our meeting to this afternoon?
Rukawa: no, I can't make it; it is our first practice start today.
Sendoh: yeah, I forgot, I have been playing basketball with you all summer and I keep thinking that practice started already, HEHE. Well, Rukawa, I want to be the first to welcome you to Ryonan basketball team. You well be a fine addition to our team.
Rukawa: fine and Sendoh, when can you play basketball again? (Need to know so he can challenge Sendoh for a rematch again)
Sendoh: oh, Rukawa are you worrying about me? (So touching)
Rukawa: no idiot (irritated), I just want to know when we can have a rematch.
Sendoh: oh (sadly, poor Sendoh), well the cast will be off in a week. *GRIN*
But you have to be my slave for one week, so I have decided that I want you to walk with me to all my class and carry my books for me till my arm get better.
Rukawa: but…….
Sendoh: no buts about it, a deal is a deal, and we can start now (giving Rukawa his books), come on Rukawa, I don't want to be late. (Thinking: I am a genius HAHA) And oh! Rukawa, don't forget the first practice for Ryonan basketball is today after school at two. I will wait for you and then you can carry my books home for me.
Rukawa: (under his breath) what did I get myself into?
