Chibi Chibi, appears in the last series. When she first appears she is walking with her umbrella, more like flying, but it blows away from her. Usagi catches it, and gives it back to her. Chibi Chibi then follows Usagi back home, when Usagi opens the door, Chibi Chibi is in there, and the family claims that Chibi Chibi is apart of their family. Chibi Chibi can not really speak, her favorite thing to say/ the only thing she can say is Chibi Chibi. The first time Chibi Chibi Transformed she touched Eternal Sailor Moon’s Tier. Chibi Chibi combines with Eternal Sailor Moon, to become Sailor Cosmos.
