Below are some FAQ about the Clocks and related issues !


Q: Are these clocks really FREE??
ANSWER: ABSOLUTELY "FREE"!!

Q: Can I order more than ONE??
ANSWER: ONLY "ONE" PER ORDER!
Although, you may sign-up in the guestbook again, keeping in mind it is FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE!

Q: Must I download the java clock.class file to my own computer??
ANSWER: "NO"...unless you choose to do that on your own!

Q: Must I copy any images used to my own files??
ANSWER: "NO"....unless YOU choose to do so! Just let me know so I can DELETE any images from my files!

Q: How do I recieve my completed clock??
ANSWER: After you receive notification that your clock is complete, you will be instructed to view it
in a special HOLDING-BIN for your final approval.(if you wish)
The finished clock will be sent to you as a HTML FRAGMENT via your e-mail, similar to that of a WebRing Banner.

Q: Will you help if I have problems??
ANSWER: ABSOLUTELY!! I will help in anyway I can. Keep in mind the WARRANTEE STATEMENT below.
You must have JAVA ENABLED IN YOUR BROWSER,
AND I KNOW NOTHING TO HELP "MAC" USERS! (sorry)

Q: Must I maintain a link back to your Classic Rock Clockshoppe??
ANSWER: YES!! That is really my ONLY requirement set-in-stone!!

Q: Can I supply my own images or pic's in construction of my clock??
ANSWER: OF COURSE! Keep in mind that .jpg's usually respond better to resizing or manipulation!
.gif's can sometimes become pourus when enlarged, or create "ghosts" when text is overlayed.
I PREFER .JPG'S!!

Q: Do I have any other options in it's creation??
ANSWER: CERTAINLY! Midi Music can be included, any animated .gifs, or what ever you have in mind!
Do you have a favorite background, or need specific colors??
This can be done with ease! These clocks are easy to configure in just about size, style, or color!

Q: Must my clock be music related??
ANSWER: HECK NO! If you have a creative or unusual idea of your own...Lay it on me!!
ANYTHING GOES!!

Q: How large will my clock be??
ANSWER: IT IS TOTALLY UP TO YOU!! Just keep in mind, you will need the space to display large clocks.(see the Pink Floydian Time-Line example in the ClockShoppe Backroom)
It is best if you give a rough estimate, width & height (in pixels)
at the time you place your order!

Q: How does my clock know what is the CORRECT time??
ANSWER: SIMPLE! The clock.class applet defaults to the source in which it is displayed!
In other words....It uses your computer's internal clock as the source!
(PRETTY NIFTY, EH??)


Now that ALL your questions are answered, you are ready to order, right?
If you are ordering a clock, leave as much detail in the guestbook as possible!
If you can leave an image, thats good too!
Otherwise...E-MAIL ME!!w/attatchments!
The more detail you leave...the better!!

complete your order. Upon completion, you will be instructed to review the finished clock at a special holding bin. Upon your approval, it will be E-Mailed to you as a HTML FRAGMENT.
Unless otherwise stated by the person placing the order,
all images supplied by the customer (YOU) will be DELETED from the computer used by
