Page unsuspended.
My sense of humor is returning although I don't know that my writing will reflect it.

Congratulations to Matt & Amanda of the birth of their son Michael on April 17th.

I haven't really updated this page so far this year and I apologize to those of you who check it from time to time. Between my back and life in general I just haven't been in a good mood. That makes for a lousy webpage.

I had another epidural steroid injection yesterday. It usually takes at least a week to kick in fully, sometimes more. I've finally accepted the fact that I will never have a normal life. That won't help with our income but it will help me emotionally. This latest bout with my back is the result of mowing the lawn very, very slowly with a self-propelled lawnmower. But it looks great, or at least it did before this latest rain. It needs it again.

Angie injured her back in the same area 3 months ago by coughing. She has slipped disc according to her doctor although the page I linked to above gives several names that doctors will use for the same condition. She's been through one of the injections so far.

Anyway, long story short, we have been going out to a local college pool to workout every day that it's open and it's been great. I have been able to accomplish all of my recommended exercises. I had lost 14 pounds by dieting previous to this but I'm pretty sure I've gained it back. I'll get it back off and more. The exercises, both in and out of the water have made such a huge difference in my life. All it took was my entire 46 years to find the right kind of doctor (pain management doctor) to give me the right exercises for my condition (degenerative disk disease with a bone spur and compressed nerve at L5, arthritis and bone spurs at C5 & C6. LOTS of leg pain from L5!).

Scott has a new band called The Burr Conspiracy. It's a heavy metal band that is comprised of some of the best musicians in the area. They haven't had a gig yet but are scheduled to play Rock Stock, a large local show. I believe it will be held on July 28th this year. They will be playing a few gigs bewteen now and then, the schedule updates can be on the link above as they come up.

Josh is not only the Editor & Chief of BonusStage.com, is also the owner now.
EDIT: Josh let the site close a couple of months later.

Craig has been taking classes at T.S.T.C. along with high school. He'll be a certified R.V. tech when he graduates. F.E.M.A. is behind this, they use a loot of R.V.'s in disaster areas and have a large shortage of people to keep them running smoothly.
