June 21, 2002 - Friday
Hot and rainy, most of the day.
I had quite a day today. I went to the apartment to do my laundry and halfway there
I realized that I hadn't brought my laundry! So, I just played The Bouncer and took
a nap before I left for work. I also took a shower so my hair was wet most of the
day. Sigh. I hate it when it gets all muggy like this.
Work was good, and a little sad. I said goodbye to one student today. She's off
to Canada tomorrow to study English first and then to go to university. Good for
her! I'm so proud of her.
I also did chat time and had an interview. The interview was successful and so was
chat time. We talked about Canada. My kids class today was okay, except the little
boy nearly fell asleep. The poor thing. One hour is a long time for a 4 year old.
I came home with Fumihiko tonight, ate supper and ice cream and then I wrote this.
Not much to report today, but it was a reasonably good day. Night night!
