Rainy, but warm. The snow was melting today!
A good day. I was busy in the morning. I got my laundry done early and even cooked breakfast for myself. I worked on my jigsaw puzzle and watched some of the TV programs that Van had taped for me last year! Long ago last year!
I went out, bought my groceries, came back and then caught the bus to Mikawa. There was a sale in Jusco and they were selling off cords. I checked carefully to see if there were any in my size and there was! Two pairs in two different colours. I bought them. I thought that they were 2000 yen each, but when I paid for them they turned out to be on for half price. Wa hoo! What a bargain.
I bought a water from the machine and waited for Fumihiko to call. Then, when he did I went into the coffee shop to wait for him. He joined me in a few minutes and we drank coffee together.
After that we played silly coin games for 3 hours. Yikes! Then, we went for dinner in Tsuruoka, came home and watched ER. That was basically my day.
One unusual thing when I checked my email was that I got an email from one of my sisters that never writes to me. I was quite surprised, but in a nice way.
