Rainy and cool.
An okay day. I overslept this morning though! I woke up at my usual time, reset my alarm and fell fast asleep. No harm was done, and I got to work on time and everything. Oh well. This morning for breakfast I ate the last tomato in my cheese omelet. Oh wow, was that good! The flavours went together so well.
At work I did some preparation work and not a lot else! I wasn't busy until the evening. Then I had 4 classes in a row. It was fine though as I had prepared all of them before.
After work I had some stuff to do so when Fumihiko called tonight I wasn't quite finished yet. However, I had enough time to finish up before he came and got me. It was nice to be picked up tonight, especially since it was raining a bit.
We went to Cocos and had dinner. It was okay, but nothing to write home about. I was still a bit keyed up from work, I still am actually. I'm not sure why, but I just wanted to be alone for a while. Doesn't happen though.
We visited the grocery store and then came home. Fumihiko gave me my mail. We got our first Christmas card! Holy cow, it's early! I haven't sent mine yet. I've bought some, but they haven't been mailed yet. Oh well, hopefully I can start them soon!
And that's it. During my lunch hour I finished my book. It was great. Dean Koontz's Odd Thomas. That's one character for whom I hope he writes a sequel. The ending got me. It was a great story and the ending didn't disappoint for a change.
Also found out my hubby may be bound for Thailand at the end of this month. Lucky guy! He doesn't really seem to want to go though. Poor thing!
