Raining and then snow.
A laid-back kind of day. I woke up when Fumihiko went to get his car checked, then I went back to sleep. I heard him come back, said hi, and then went back to sleep. I heard him thumping and bumping around in the kitchen and went back to sleep. It wasn't until after 12:30 that I finally got up and said a real hello to him!
After coffee we went to Moku-Moku for brunch. I had a bacon and egg hamburger. It was okay. Fumihiko had steak plus my rice.
After that we went to Mikawa mall and played silly games for a while. Fumihiko didn't want to leave when I did, because he was winning. However, we left, went upstairs and got our tickets for the movie. Now, Fumihiko's job is always to buy the tickets and I buy the drinks. He does this every single time we go to the movies. I meet him with two drinks in my two hands, and he tries to give me back my movie card and my movie ticket. Umm. Do you see a problem. He seems to think I can magically change into the three handed version. Well, I can't! We went to see Finding Neverland. It was great, except Fumihiko fell asleep on it. I was enchanted and I thought Depp did a great job as J. M. Barrie. My only "hmm" point was that they didn't mention any of the other plays or novels that Barrie wrote. He was quite a successful playwright I believe. They only mentioned one of his unsuccessful ones, and not any of his others. I wonder why?
After the movie we went for dinner to a yakiniku restaurant near his house. It was good, but I don't really like the restaurant. I just never feel comfortable there. I'm not sure why.
We came home after that and watched The Jackal on TV. It seemed different than when I saw it in the theatre, but it could just be me.
And that was my day. It was pretty good all in all!
Gotta go....
