Clear and then rainy at night.
A good day. I woke up this morning and Fumihiko was talking about taking the day off. His neck was really bothering him. He called in sick, then went to the doctor's office.
I got up and went for a walk. No kidding. I was gone for about 25 minutes. I walked to the park and back. It felt really good to do that. My iPod even had enough juice to do it too!
I was napping on the couch when Fumihiko came back. He had gotten a shot from the doctor, and was feeling a bit better. After my shower, I made us some breakfast, and then he drove me to work. On the way, we went to the bank and paid for my trip. Hurray!
I wasn't very busy at work today, but I did a lot. I have 6 classes tomorrow, and I had to make sure they were prepared. I also made a puzzle for my younger students. Heck, I might even give it to my older student.
My last class was good. We had a discussion about Madeleine Allbright. There was an interview with her in the paper a few weeks ago and I wanted to discuss it with my student.
After class, I called my hubby (relaxing on the couch he was!) and asked him to pick me up. He came and then we went to Dan for dinner. It was really nice. We only had a few dishes tonight, but that was good. Neither of us felt too stuffed afterwards. Then we came home.
And that was my day. Oh, yesterday I said that the latest Sue Grafton novel was R is for Retribution? It isn't, it's R is for Ricochet. Sorry about that.
