Rainy in the morning, clear at night.
It's late and I'm tired, so I'll try to make this short! I had a good day. I got done at home before I left for work, and I ended up leaving early for work. I was surprised when I got there and it was earlier than yesterday's time!
Work was fine today. I had a student come back after 2 years without having a class, and another student popped by to give me back my Bridget Jones DVD. Hurray.
After I finished I realized that Fumihiko had sent me an email - it said that he was busy. I decided that since it wasn't raining and I didn't want to stay at work any more, I'd just go home. I locked up and hopped on my bike.
I arrived home and was just taking off my coat when Fumihiko called. Now he was done. He came back to the apartment and we spent a few minutes together and then decided to go out for dinner. We went to an izakaya, a new one for me that's fairly near our apartment. We had a good meal there. Yakitori, asparagus-bacon, caesar salad, chicken and sashimi. Everything was great. The only bad thing was that the place was really noisy.
We went to karaoke after dinner. The first place we went to was really busy so we tried another place. We could get in right away there. Yay. So, we sang our hearts away for a few hours. I did a ton of songs, some good and some bad! I enjoyed most of them though.
We came home and now we're both trying to mellow out. I drank a lot of ice coffee with caffeine so I'm a bit wired. I know better, but it was good at the time.
I've no idea what's going to go on tomorrow. We're both off, so I hope that we'll have a good time. Tune in tomorrow night and find out what we do!
