Hot and sunny day.
Today was an okay day. I went to bed a little before Fumihiko, around 5 am. I was already asleep when he started to come to bed, but as usual he woke me up. I swear to anyone that will listen that he is the loudest man in the world. If there's a way to be noisy, he'll find it. And think I'm strange for noticing!
He got up at 9, and of course, woke me up in the process. I went to the washroom, and went back to sleep. I finally woke up and got up around 12. I was absolutely bagged.
We had lunch at Gusto and then did some running around. We got the last chair that we ordered at the hardware store, plus I got some other school things. We also went to Yamaya, the liquor store that sells foreign foods. I got some more taco shells for hubby and some nuts for me.
We dropped off the stuff at the apartment and then came home. Hubby did more work on his "wordpro" and then left for his party. Honestly, I was a bit miffed. At no point did he ask me what I would do or what I would eat. On his days off I rarely have any food in the apartment.
Well, after he left, I checked email and did a bit of stuff, then went out. I biked to the mall. There were a few shops that I hadn't checked out yet. I poked around a bit. I didn't buy anything in the new shops. I looked around the video shops too, didn't buy anything. Went to the 100 yen shop. Bought stuff! It was mostly for the school, so it wasn't a waste, at least I hope not! I had a cappucino at the coffee shop downstairs and then I went to the grocery shop for something for dinner. I ended up getting a caesar salad and a couple of cooked chicken steaks. That's what they're called here.
I came home and decided to get dinner ready. I washed off the sauce that was on the chicken, put it in a frypan with some spinach water, frozen mushrooms and onions, and a couple of sun dried tomatoes. I threw in some coconut milk and a little olive oil and warmed it all up for a while. I served it up on a plate, drank some iced coffee and then had some yogurt with frozen blueberries in it for dessert. It was an awesome meal. I enjoyed it!
Fumihiko came back around 10 and napped on the couch for a while before going to bed. I've spent too long on my computer again, but it's hard not to sometimes. There's nothing to watch on the telly, and I don't feel like doing much else. Sigh.
Anyway, that's it for me for tonight. Had a mostly good day. Night!
