Rainy and cold.
I had an okay day at home today. I actually got up early! I got up around 8:30 which is the same time I used to get up when I worked. I drank coffee, checked email and then, well, then I took a nap! I slept on the couch for a couple of hours.
When I woke up I went out. Even though it was raining I went out. First I went to the post office to mail a card to a friend. After a quick stop at the bank I went to the grocery store. I picked up dinner for this evening. I looked around, got some stuff, and then came home again. My big trip out. Wahoo.
Back at home I cooked brunch and watched The Lost World. It was, as usual, silly but fun.
When Fumihiko came home we spent some time together, and then he fell asleep! Say what? I waited until almost 10 pm to wake him up. I didn't think he'd sleep that long.
I cooked dinner and then watched Desperate Housewives. Tonight was the season finale and it was a humdinger. Susan is being held hostage by Zach, Carlos is in big time trouble at the courthouse, Bree found out her husband died, and Lynette might be going back to work. Exciting times.
After dinner I did the dishes. I wasn't too impressed as hubby seemed to be ignoring my doing them on purpose. Ususally he at least offers to do them.That's about it for my day. He's watching some crappy Japanese thing about boxing and I'm glued to my computer.
Egad...my computer. My email program has gone haywire. I can't the the darn thing open. Why? What did I do? It's very annoying.
Anyway, I'm off. Have a good night.
