January 5, 2008 - Saturday

Clear and a bit warm.

Today was a busy day. I got up at 9:30 and showered. We had a quiet morning at home and then went out for brunch. Fumihiko dropped me off at my school then and I got ready for my class today.

I think class went well today. The student and I had fun.

After class, Fumihiko and I went to see the doctor. It was okay. He told me that my headaches are surface headaches or something and not terribly serious. (Umm...wanna swap heads Doc?) The doctor did give me a bunch of stuff for my cold. I don't think I need any of it, I'm happy with my two years outdated over the counter medicine from Guam!

We went over to Mikawa mall after we finished at the drugstore. I wanted to have a quick look around the ladies clothing. I did, but didn't really find anything that I liked. Fumihiko tagged along, which may have added to my not finding anything. After our brief run through the ladies department, we had cappuchinos at Seattle's Best Coffee. We did a brief tour of the book store and dvd store, where I bought 3 dvds. Then we came back to Tsuruoka.

We had dinner at Cafe Framboise tonight. It was nice. Fumihiko had a Japanese meal, while I had steak. The restaurant was really quiet, so it was a nice peaceful place to have dinner.

We made a quick stop afterwards to get some sweetener for my coffee, then came home. At home we watched one of the new movies that we watched, Elf. It was a hoot. It was sweet and funny. Lots of fun.

We watched Grey's Anatomy, and now I'm watching the first episode of Project Runway 3. Yay, it's back! This is about the only reality show that I like, maybe because it's so unreal!
