that Elvis Presley had 1,500 records in his collection? The record collection is still at Graceland, and among the records you will find The Beatles, The Animals, Fats Domino, The Prisonaires, Jim Croce, Jose Feliciano, Bobbie Gentry and David Cassidy. It is known that Elvis' daughter Lisa was a big David Cassidy fan, and there is supposedly several David Cassidy and Partridge Family albums and singles in the collection. To everyone who feels the need to have a voice at this time: Help us send a message to the world!

This email comes to you from David Cassidy and Sue Shifrin-Cassidy. Help us begin a human chain of song. Please download and pass it on. We have banners and buttons and a will to help!!!

HISTORY:  "Stand And Be Proud" was written by us and donated to Rebuild LA in the aftermath of the LA riots. Grammy award winning producer, Bob Ezrin (Pink Floyd, Alice Cooper, KISS and Jackson Browne) produced the record.

In 5 days we gathered $2 million dollars in donations and good will, 1500 choir members from South Central LA, got the Hollywood Bowl and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, Propaganda Films, Paul Mitchell, A&M Records, and many others to donate their talents, money and their time to record the song which was played simultaneously on over 5,000 radio stations across the country in their support of the citizens of LA.

We are now reviving the song as a gesture of good will to encourage hope and inspiration to anyone who would like to have a copy of it. Please join us by sending it around the world!

Thank you,
David Cassidy and Sue Shifrin-Cassidy
