During the Setrinian Saga, something was triggered within Electron's body that made it "evolve". Over time, he became able to change his body into electricity for a prolonged period of time with the help of a belt to keep him from dispersing. But he kept evolving. First being able to turn into electricity with a belt, then to able to turn back to human with a belt. Now, he's electricity most of the time, and with the belt can be human temporarily. If he loses the belt, he will disperse within 24 hours.

Since the extinguishing of the Alpha Squadron, Electron made his way back to his birthplace of Vegas, where he set up in a large abandoned building and started an assassins guild that assassinates people across time and alternate dimensions. Electron still does some himself. He keeps in touch with Sizzle too, but Sizzle's too depressing now to stick around very long.
