Every gathering you go to - it is absolutely essential to hug everyone you meet!!!
"Come on over here and give me a hug" is a standard greeting.
It is not necessary to like the person you are giving the hug to but it is bad manners to not give a hug that has been requested.
Never give a man who is not a relative a full frontal hug. You must turn slightly sideways and not touch his body with any part of yours other than your hands and your cheek. Otherwise, you will get a reputation for being a "HUSSY" who leads men into thinking you have more than a ladylike interest in them.

It is totally appropriate to send these to all your friends of either sex.
