UTAPAO AIR BASE, THAILAND

This is a picture of the 556 Red Horse Squadron from the 67-68 Class at Utapao, Thailand. Officers kneeling of front row from left to right are Captain conly, Lieutenant Glaser, Captain Hearst, Colonel McCooe, Captain Aldinger, and Lieutenant Miller. Picture is David Stanford on left and Jimmy Larkin on right taken at Utapao Air Base, Thailand. Picture was taken in the 68-69 time frame. Both men are horsemen who were stationed with the 556th Red Horse Squadron. Picture was received from George Rollins a member horseman.

This picture was taken in the 68-69 time frame by George Rollins and shows the Air Force burning contaminated fuel on the flightline area.

George Rollins sent this picture of two 556th Redhorse Club Waitress'. They also worked at the NCO Club at Utapao AB, Thailand. Ms. Ott is on the left and Ms. Pucheon is on the right. Picture was taken sometime in 68-69 time period.

The 556th Horseman's name who is holding a bycycle is Hale. Word is that he was killed in a Chopper accident when went to Alaska. George Rollins sent picture into "Red Horse Country."

This is a 556th Red Horse Plumbing Project at Utapao Air Base, Thailand in the 68-69 time frame. George Rollins was the Project Manager for this project.

Picture was taken at a 556th Red Horse Plumbing Project at Utapao Air base, Thailand. George Rollins is sitting on ground next to the Thai laborer that is holding the jackhammer. This was in the 68-69 time frame.

Picture was taken aboard a C-47 aircraft. This is TSgt Ellisworth who was the Electrical Shop NCOIC for the 556th Red Horse Squadron. TSgt Ellisworth is on a TDY assignment going to Vietnam in the 68-69 time frame.

This is AIC Mitchell who drove the fuel truck for the 556th Red Horse Squadron at NKP, Thailand in 68-69.

This is Sgt Fred W. Brown from the 556th Red Horse Squadron. Brown was a career man and retired from the Air Force. He later wrote 4 books that where published and is presently negotiating to make one int a movie "Zombeast".

This is Colonel Kinkaid who was the 556th Red Horse Commander at Utapao Air Base, Thailand in 68-69.
