These three medals were given to the Original 554th Red Horse Squadron for duty in Vietnam in 1966. From left to right the medals are Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Republic of Vietnam Presidential Unit Citation.

The above Red Horse Statue was presented to Don Averett by LtCol Joseph Wilson, Commander, 554 Red Horse Squadron at the 36th Red Horse Anniversary in the Officers Club at Osan Air Base, Korea.

This Red Horse Key Chain was presented to Don Averett at the 36th Red Horse Reunion at Osan Air Base, Korea. Chief Master Sergeant Gary Powell presented the Red Horse Key Chain to Don.

The above Red Horse Coin was presented to Don Averett by Colonel Rojko who is the 7th Air Force Civil Engineer.
