In this photo members of the Red Horse Association are waiting for the 823rd Red Horse Squadron's breifing on what Red Horse has been doing to help cleanup operations after the recent Hurricane Katrina's devastion in Louisiana and Mississippi. Was also briefed on Red Horse's mission in Southwest Asia and of the new requirements for Horsemen to parachute into combat areas.
