Samantha Brookens Samantha Brookens was the second wife of Urias Reed. She was previously married to a Suer. It is believed Urias and Samantha had 4 children. The other photo shown had written on the back "mom and dad Reed, Archie and Cora Reed". Believed Edith wrote this on back of photo. Still unsure reference of Mom and Dad Reed is Urias and Samantha, although believed it could be. It depends on the accuracy of Urias Reeds death date, and also the actual year of the Model T shown. The first model T came out in 1908. This would have to be a 1912 or earlier to be Urias since he is thought to have died in 1912. It is believed that Cora took the photo. Any comments are most welcomed regarding this photograph.

Urias Children Possible photographs of some of the chidlren of Urias Reed and Cordelia Potter/Reed. The photos were originally owned by Pearl Jerrett of Lancaster, WI (now deceased). Current where-abouts of photographs now unknown. Note however, the photograph in this series called reed05Pic_text. This photo has now been confirmed - see Edith_Reed which has now been confirmed. This photo is also owned by Janet Hess of Glen Haven, WI. The names of the childen were written on that photograph. The other two however, are currently unconfirmed.

Mary Reed Name written on back reads: "Edith Hurst sister - Mary Reed". This photo is owned by Janet Hess and originally owned by Grace Laugesen. Photographer Chase, Cassville, WI. The second photo is actually unconfirmed, however, it too was owned by Grace Laugesen, now in possession of David Keck. This Mary_Reed2_text photo is an amazing likeness of Mary Reed and I believe it to be Mary Reed. She appears to be wearing the same broach or jewelry around the neck.

Unknown Reed These photos are thought to be Reeds. The male is thought to be a brother of Oscar Reed. The woman was next to the unknown Reed man in the family photo album. Unable to make conclusive identification on either individual.
