My life is not all that freakin fantastic anyway...so nothing absolutely earth-shattering to report for the past year. Sold the Chevelle and the 55 & Hubby has a nice new blown454 in I have my own 454 coming soon for my camaro too :) Still at same job...yippee. Get to work from home 2 days a week now tho so that makes it a little better-definately! Still waiting on that winning lotto ticket though -- would quit in a heartbeat! Hooked up with an old friend that we lost touch with & have made a few new friends too Have started goin out dancin on some weekends again :) and cat & I decided to try bellydancing (at home of course...wouldnt do that OUT anywhere! lol) is lotsa fun so far - will be in that bikini this summer, dammit! well, all i can think of for now...new pics of our newest kitties too 2007 01-08-07 - Our cat Pandora passed away on January 7, 2007 at 6:15pm. We don't know why - she was only 7 years old - she just stopped eating and we tried force feeding her, on evening of 7th, we called the vet & took her down but it was too late. Today we are taking her to Oakland for a necropsy to see why she died. 2006 12/24/06 - Another year almost over! geez, time flies. havent been here in a while, i know...been letting everything go lately. do have a new thing @ MySpace tho. is actually nice site to talk to ppl, etc & play around w/ the profile thing...website was pretty much done, so got bored :) still need to work on Bill's site for the car show. Will hafta wait til new yr tho. well, no progress at all on chevelle, but my hubby's 55 is coming along since he's laid off now. well, thats about it for now... 08/06/06 - had royally f*cked up week @work - out til 8/15 now - had some sort of freaky attack think thurs... ended up goin to doc & he gave me week off & buncha happy pills which have just made me really tired/sick feelin. think they may be startin to kick in now cuz feelin better. zoloft & xanax make for an ok day. mite be a lil too stressed out i think... maybe i needed this lil break. outa work thurs @ 9am -went to doc, slept afternoon... fri, roger had planned on us goin to track, so i went...sleepwalkin tho...thensaturday, figured i should go to show even tho tired still-coulda slept the whole time. started wakin up later on tho...about the time to go home (it figures) today went to dinner w/ wayne linda- still f*ckin worn out...ccame home & laid on kichen floor & took a nap :) now almost bedtime...at least i dont hafta go abck to hell tomarrow...gotta find a nw job. 07/03/06 - had a really good weekend :) had the car show @ cumberland fairgrounds fri-sun. was a lil too freakin hot tho...but got a nice tan. got a lil drunk on saturday (well, more than a lil) - probably be another six years before i get to drink again...that might be a good thing--probably made an ass of myself...who knows anyhoo, went in to work late this mornin so had to stay til after 4...blah. still hate that place. tomarrow is the fourth - have picnic with family then goin to keyser to another picnic & concert with the car show family. they are the best buncha ppl to hang around with :) we're lucky to have found them well, almost bedtime...1 am...glad i'm off tomarrow! Happy 4th of July 06/19/06 - system went down at work today @ 10am & those buttheads made us sit there for 5 hrs doing nothing when they could have closed the damn building & sent us home - they have closed because of no A/C, weather, etc before but this time i guess they just felt like seeing how crappy they could treat us all. Anyhoo, Bill stopped by & gave me a phone # for a lady who wants a website done - isn't that sweet of him. Only problem is, i think im too chicken to call her afraid i'll fuck the think up or something. and i'd be gettin $$ for this one. 05/19/06 - took today off - slept in til 9! woohoo no luck on new job grrr got an 89 Camaro for my daughter to replace the 91 (it needed too much!) TGIF! live for the weekends! even if it's all ugly & rainy...supposed to be a car show this weekend hope the rain holds off - that's all for now - more later... 05/15/06 - worked on a friend's site most of this evening - like 3 1/2 hrs of it. :/ but, site looks nice, so that's all that counts - right... anyhoo, back at hell today - hate mondays (and tues, wed, thur, fri) - am never in a good mood. Prolly get fired for my shitty attitude eventually. oh well, mood might get better then & i'm sure i could find something else. problem around here is everything is min.wage or close to it...not gonna find another FT daylite,no weekends,no holidays & PTO + over ok $$. that makes the job sound good, huh...bene's are great but actual job is what sucks. geez, i bitch a lot about work...sorry to whoever takes the time to read my babbling on here. oh yea, Dianna sorry i have been such a terrible emailer lately. will make it up to ya somehow chicky :) tis all for now. 05/10/06 - another beautiful day gone - worked thru first part, slept thru the rest. supposed to be nice & sunny again today too then rainy for 8 days. blah. still lookin for new job - none out there worth taking. so, i'm stuck where i am for now dammit. has to get better some day. took the cars to the race track we all 'rented' 4/28 & ran 16 times :) what a fun day. hope to do it again soon. not much else new. yippee 04/11/06 - oh crappy day - was beautiful outside & i was stuck in the 8th circle of hell - grrr....detest that place anyhoo...had some SS trouble sunday - spark plug went wacky - all fixed now & runnin great again got the car show list ready to send out in email :) woohoo - summer is almost here 04/06/06 - We & about 28 other ppl rented a track in PA to go racin for the day (tomarrow) but had to cancel cuz mother nature had other things in mind - like rain/thunderstorms/wind... so now it's postponed - blah. well, at least we had a rain date set, so we aren't just outa luck completely. Had tom. off work too, but guess I'll go in anyway - save the PTO for the raindate :) Almost midnite...so, bedtime so I can get up for hell in the mornin 03/11/06 - Took yesterday off work (Fri), slept in til 8am, went up to frostburg to pick up the silverado (was getting the pinstriping redone after wind damage). then we took the camaros out for a while :) paid bills, went to lunch, stopped by work to pick up check, raced around a bit. then came home, loaded up the truck w/ engine hoist, tools, etc to pull an engine. chick i work with has a 90 mustang & wanted the engine out but had no way to pull it, so since we have a hoist we offered the help. her & her hubby are very nice ppl & we love the older cars (even tho its a ford) & are happy to help get another one out on the road. anyhoo, it looks like its gonna be another beautiful day, so time to take the cars out again :) 03/03/06 - i guess that by thursday every week i've had enuf - did the same thing - came home, got shower, went to bed - it's 4am now & I'm up. grrr. hate that a whole evening is gone--wasted--but i was sooooo tired. no dinner, pack of crackers for lunch & no breakfast yesterday-not hungry tho. guess i should be :/ not lookin forward to work today (never do really) don't know what i'm doin now used to be really good at what i did, then they moved me to somethin else (w/ no trainin) & by the time I got the hang of that, they changed it all again--so now i'm good at nothing. anyhoo, no other good jobs available around here, so i'm stuck there forever. blah 02/24/06 - came home from work, got shower, went to bed, so now i'm up @ 3am. Last week thoroughly sucked. other than work bein hell-long story there, lil one got in trouble @ school & had a high wind boo-boo. the pole building for the chevelle blew away & hit the house and beat the crap outa the truck before crossin the yard & assaulting the apple tree. so, we're out $300 for the building, $250 for a deductible on the truck & a completely pissed off day on friday(2/17). now, today my grampa goes in to have a heart cath. done - seems like life is attacking me. well, enuf complainin... 02/05/06 - Birthday was yesterday - yippee. Ugly weather, so no fun. Went out to dinner & had a lil party w/ cake & ice cream - got nice goodies tho Still lookin for a diff. job - am thinking about packin up everything & just movin away somewhere. This area is not as nice as it used to be. damn cell towers, prisons, meth clinics - time to move. 01/26/06 - Had to have the passenger door on the RS repainted. (mishap in the garage while changing header gaskets last week) Apparently, that silver is a tough color to match. The door is a little lighter than the rest of the car now :( Other than that, not much new - still working (unfortunately) & still too damn cold here. 01/15/06 - Had a nice long weekend again - out of work early on friday & took the camaros out for a while :) Felt terrible all day saturday (sick) & my daughter, such a sweetheart, took care of me all day. Better now - must have been that salad I had...who knows. Anyhoo, only have 20 days til my birthday...grrrr. Time flies by too fast :( 01/03/06 - Went back to work today after being off since 12/22 - what a terrible day. Have been shoppin for chevelle parts - everything costs a small fortune so it'll be forever before that car is on the road ~ how depressing. :( Still waiting for a nice sunny day so I can take the SS out for a ride. Really hate winter -- ggrrrr. 01/01/06 - Happy New Year! 2005 12/31/05 - Been workin on the site a bit for the last week - had a nice vacation from my job (don't wanna go back now). Can't believe it will be 2006 already! Best wishes to everyone for the new year... 12-04-05 - Obviously, it's been a while since I've updated this...been working on a friend's site, got a 70 chevelle that needs lots of attention & still workin - don't care for my job as much now though. Anyhoo, Christmas is almost here already, so Happy Holidays! That's it for now. 2004 02/04/04 - All I can say so far is - "enough freakin snow already - it can quit anytime now!" 02/06/04 - ok - the snow quit - now its just ice...even better blah 2003 10/03-11/03 Still workin - will be one year next month. Started stripping down the Z28 & we have most of the goodies to get her put back together even better than before...I'm taking pics as we go too. Got Married October 14th! :) 08/03 My car is finished, titled, insured, tagged & ready to go!! My sis had a lil boy on the 22nd (Johnathan)!! 07/03 Got my car painted - it's beautiful! Just need to finish the interior & it's all done! 06/03 Love my job still :) & we bought a 73 Camaro to fix up & sell & my car is comin along really good, so things are goin great. BUT, as always, everything can't be perfect - we lost a very good friend - Bruce - sweetest man you'd ever know - we luv ya always!! 04/03-05/03Rewired my car, got a new computer (bye bye compaq!), took my lil one to the 'take ur daughter to work day'...she really enjoyed it. 01/03-03/03Casey died in January, had over 3 ft of snow in Feb & went to the world of wheels show & in march I got to drive my car up & down the driveway (everything works!!! lol) 2002 12/02got the job, start 12/24 (holidays off too!) 11/02applied for job at local health insur. co. & my sweetie got a new Dodge Dakota :) 10/027th Anniversary for Me & My Sweetie. :)I have updated a few of the picture pages 06/02Sunday (06/09) Kim finally had their baby girl! Congratulations Brian & Kim!!! They named her Allyson :) Just celebrated my sweetie's birthday too...made him a t-shirt with his car on the back -- he loved it :) Happy Birthday Sweetie a damn tree fell in the yard...a freakin huge one too...and it took down two little ones with it... 04/02new pictures on here now. The garage is finally done 2001 08/07/01 Went to work on my other other site & couldn't even get into it (dammit). Work is great, luv setting my own hours! Best of luck to you all! 07/14/00Saw Kiss in concert on the 5th in Hershey, PA. I waited about 20 years to see them with the make-up on--it was well worth the wait! :) 02/08/00Back in school now & got a job as a work study in the history dept. |
