Sister Spring

Sister Spring represents the East direction on the Medicine Wheel. She symbolizes birth/rebirth, enlightenment and wisdom. Just as the plants and animals emerge young, vibrant and renewed during the Spring, so can their human counter-parts after their winter-sleep. Because of the purification and transformation that we can receive from the West and the North, we can be reborn; enlightened to the lessons and truths of Spirit, leading us to our own silent wisdom.

Sister Spring comes bedecked in spring foliage and flowers and a gentle smile. A hand painted eagle plume acknowledges the sweet, sacred medicine form the East.
