• Hired in Quality Assurance, Executive Benefits and promoted to Applications Developer, IT department within a three-month period.
  

• Audited PPG and Henkel reports for Executive Benefits Department. Analyzed existing reports and redesigned databases (Microsoft Access and VBA) to automate the reporting processes. Created automated audit checks to ensure data accuracy. Automation of processes allowed end users to spend more time in final report analysis rather than correcting data errors. • Project manager role in designing of MBNA, Alcoa, PPG and Commission databases.
