Project Manager CRC system conversion.

Managed CRC project from inception through implementation.

Held meetings between PNC IT team and CRC to review system design, timeline and enhancement recommendations.

Responsible for mapping system modifications, system specifications, audit procedures, end user documentation and end user training.

Conducted training sessions and monitored pilot testing. Served as liaison between CRC and IT group during conversion process.

Automated quality assurance testing for pre-pilot program.

Sole responsibility for distribution of all reports generated by the system and researching any data discrepancies on the reports.

Met with executives and IT team members to review system integrity and impact of system modifications downloading into WBW.

Conducted monthly meetings were held to update all team members of changes in the bank and their impact on WBW, particularly in the year 2000.

Responsible for report distribution and acted as liaison between MIS department and end users..

Member of Y2K disaster recovery team.

Published a user manual and help guidelines for Capital Recovery Corporation's system to users.

Published a monthly newsletter to keep users informed of Lotus Notes reports

Converted end user documentation to Adobe Acobat for on-line viewing.

Documented database specifications for Lotus Notes downloads (used for CRC reporting).

Documented flow diagrams for various data downloaded into Microsoft Access for use in Lotus Notes reports.

Conducted telephone training sessions on computerized systems
