After 5 rounds of fighting for life and death, it will become apparent which side is winning the battle. Bodies will be heaped everywhere, but one side will have pushed its men into the rear ranks of the other, breaking up its formation and destroying its chance to win.

2 or 5 = The Spartans have Cracked! Spartans however do not flee. You will have to fight them to the end. Fight 3 more rounds of CLOSE COMBAT then go to the SPOILS OF WAR
4 or 6 = Your Phalanx has been Split in two. Men manning the rear most ranks have already ditched their armour and shields and are running for their lives! You must decide wether you push your way to the rear and ditch your armour to make a run for your life, or do you Stand your ground come what may.
