Due to a health problem, I have some limitations and don't get away from home on my own much. Before illness I was a non-stop, constantly going & doing type person. I held an executive position and loved new projects. I had received many merits of recognition locally and some nationally. That was then, this is now. My new phase of life has started! I enjoy quilting, collecting dolls, and spoiling my two dogs. I enjoy writing short stories, non published at this point. LOL The pages of this webring are a wonderful source of comfort and companionship for me. I have laughed & cried and felt that I was among friends. Happily single middle-aged English woman. Mortgage is
paid by my work as an accountant, although I tell Chaos the Cat each day
that I'm only going out to pay for her cat food. The population of mice
was long ago eradicated by the large population of local cats, now we have
to feed them! In the past I have been a sky diver, have abseiled down the side of a building, tried my hand a board sailing and have done a fair bit of horse
riding. One day a page will be added to the site explaining these
activities and my interest in them. I have just returned from visiting a
friend and her new husband in South Africa, the furthest that I have ever
travelled it was a wonderful experience and another page will be going up
soonish all about the visit. Other interests including glass painting and
sketching, not that I'm much good at either (or any other the other things
that I have tried but it has all been great fun). My Life is as full and
as interesting as I can make it, people are important to me and I enjoy
making new friends, the internet is helpful here and I now have friends all
over the world.

I attended college to become a medical office manager, and have many years experience as a bookkeeper, before computers, and now computerized accounting.
