Managing Director/Principal:

Mr. Brooks who was born and raised in New York City is a graduate of New York University with a major in Economics. He has 20 years of experience with Investment Companies, Investor Relations, Business Brokerage, and Life and Health Insurance Companies in the Wall Street vicinity. As an Entrepreneur, he has been a partner in several businesses and products and has two pending patents.

Managing Director/Principal:

Mr. Rocker is a graduate of Tufts University with a major in Economics and in English has a Jurist Doctorate degree. Mr. Rocker has 10 years of experience in the public and private sector. His knowledge of finance is directly related to his Wall Street Investment Banking career.

Principal:

Rodney Watts graduated from Morehouse College with a A.A. in Bank and Finance. Mr. Watts worked in Corporate Finance for Nations Bank (now Bank of America) before obtaining his MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Associate:

Tracy Jackson attended Baruch College and majored in Commercial Real Estate. Previously retained by Institutional and Individual Investors to locate and evaluate commercial properties and mortgages.

Associate:

Daryl White, a graduate of Faulkner State University with a major in Business Finance, a current Principal with KEIA Acquisition Group and a member in the finance brokerage industry for several years.

Advisor:

Joseph Roberts, Jr. is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Previously employed with Goldman Sach's Investment Banking Department and is a current member of the New York Media Association.
