Objective: To provide operating funds for the GFWC/Ohio Federation of Women's Clubs.
Our Federation flower was chosen to honor our “LOYAL JONQUIL/OPERATING EXPENSE FUND.”
The Loyal Jonquils was established to provide additional financial support for the operation of the Ohio Federation. The Operating Expense Fund is now included with the Loyal Jonquils.
Members and/or clubs donating $101.00 or more shall be called CAPITAL MEMBERS and honored as LOYAL JONQUILS and receive special recognition at the Annual Convention.
Club donations to the Loyal Jonquils should be reported on the annual club Treasurer’s sheet and will receive Honor Roll Points as recorded on the Club Report Statistical Page under “Donations.”
In order to be recognized at the 2015 Annual Convention, donations must be received or postmarked by December 31, 2014 and to be recognized for donations at the 2016 Annual Convention donations must be received and postmarked by December 31, 2015.
NEW CHALLENGE FOR 2014-2016 ADMINISTRATION
· Twenty-five percent (25%) of your members each donate $20 or more you will receive the “budding jonquil” certificate and earn 25 extra honor roll points on the Club Report Statistical Page.
· Fifty percent (50%) of your members each donate $20 or more you will receive the “full bloom” certificate and earn 50 extra honor roll points on the Club Report Statistical Page.
· One hundred percent (100%) of your members each donate $20 or more you will receive the “jonquil bouquet” certificate and earn 100 extra honor roll points on the Club Report Statistical Page.
