Introduction
The concept of education counseling services is no longer a
new concept. The complicated admission procedure, visa procedure and the
difficult choice of the right subject at the right institution and in the right
country has necessitated the use of such services. GOLDEN BREED is proud to be
one of the leading education consulting companies of this region. We are
representing some of the best education institutions (universities, colleges
etc.) from around the world. These institutions offer courses at different
levels and in different subjects.
At the
moment, we are representing more than 70 education institutions from over 25
countries and 5 continents.
Our
Procedure:
Very often when a student comes to us, he/she is not sure
about what to study and where to
study. So our first step is to inform the student about the different choices of
subject and institutions, keeping in view his/her educational background and his
financial status. The student is also informed about the general conditions of
the country where he/she may like to study. This enables the student to make
his/her final choice. Once a student makes up his mind, the next step is to
guide the student to prepare the required papers for admission. Sometimes the
foreign colleges/universities require Pakistani students to have a good IELTS
band (or TOEFL) score. Therefore, we also have arrangements to help students
prepare for IELTS test (for details, please contact the office).
When the
application is ready, it is sent to the concerned institution. If the institution
decides to accept the student, it issues to the student a letter of offer. This
whole procedure may take from two to six weeks on average. Once the application
for admission is accepted, the student is required to send his tuition fee to
the institution (for some counties the procedure is different). After this the
student prepares his papers for applying for a visa. At this stage the student
needs proper guidance which is provided to him/her. But getting the visa is not
the last step in the process. The next step is to confirm the arrangements for
the travel and accommodation for the student. Mostly the students do not like
to live in hostels as in certain cases the hostels can be more expensive than a shared apartment. At the final
stage when the student reserves his seat for the flight, the institution is
informed about the arrival date & time of the student.
