For UK we are representing institutions from England and Scotland. UK has population of around 59+ million and area of 244,110 sq. km. with a per capita GDP of US$22,980. Pound Sterling (*£) is the local currency US$1 = £0.69. London is the capital city. Official language is English.

  Courses offered: British education is considered matchless in the world due to its very high standard. A very large No. of  courses are being offered at the foundation (1 year), bachelor (3-4 years), master (1-2 years) and Ph.D. levels. Some of the famous fields of study are, ACCA, Business Studies, Hospitality and Tourism, Communication Studies, Law, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Engineering, Computer and Arts etc. Medium of instruction is English

Average Fees: Fees range from £5,000 per year to £7,000 per year for undergraduate courses and from £7,000 to £12000 per year for postgraduate courses.  This fee is payable in two to three equal installments (according to the No. of semesters per academic year) and before going there you have to give fee for at least one semester.

Living: Per month living (Accommodation and food can cost you around £200 to £300 on average.

Admission Requirements: You should have an Intermediate certificate with high grades for admis­sion at bachelor level (for certain bachelor degrees 13 years of education is required)  and should have a 4-year bachelor degree or a master degree for admission at master or Ph.D. levels. Proof of English proficiency is also required. Those who cannot provide this proof, can be offered special English Language classes in UK.

Intakes: Basically there is one intake in July/September each year. However, depending upon the course there may another intake in February.

Visa: The main student visa requirements of the Embassy include; admission in a British university/college in a regular & full time course, proof of sound financial background of the student’s sponsor and a good academic background without any big gaps.
