Pokemon Pinball Review and Screenshots

Once again Pokemon comes in a different form. Its Pokemon Pinball. Who would’ve thought Pinball. It is like one of the earlier pinball games on Gameboy Kirbys Pinball Game. It was really good with all the bosses and bonuses. I own a copy of it so. You still have the same objective in Pokemon Pinball: You Gotta Catch ‘Em All! You dont use Pokeballs but you must light up certain stuff and things to catch pokemon. A word GET lights up to tell you you can catch a pokemon. You are also allowed to evolve Pokemon. Im not sure but I guess you have to some stuff and then hit the ball to a place so it can evolve. Your other objectives are to do simple stuff like collect feathers. Here you go to different cities to catch pokemon. Some pokemon can only be caught in that place. In the start you will be asked to choose from two pinball machines: Red or Blue. I would pick Red since I bought the Red Version Pokemon but its up to you. The settings aren’t that hard. At the main menu there are 3 options to choose from: Pinball, Pokedex, Options. The Pokedex still has the same data from the red and blue versions. Is shows you all the pokemon you have caught. Oh and get this! Theres a rumble feature. Yeah Its Cool! The Gameboy will shake with a rumble pack attached. There are gameboy rumble packs you connect to the gameboy. Soon this feature will be on other games. It should be on some racing games.

The controls aren’t that hard. Very simple really. A is to move the right flipper, Left on the directional pad is to move the left flipper, start isto pause and save games, and all the other buttins are to tilt the machine.

Like Kirbys Pinball Game, you will be able to access Bonus stages. One of the stages is with Gastly. I think there are 4 or 5 Gastly. You hit them a few times then they will evolve to Haunter. After you defeat the Haunter you will face a giant Gengar. You hit him a few times and then you win. This is a really good game. There is also one with Diglett. You have to hit a bunch of Diglett. Once you hit all of them then a Dugtrio appears at the top. You then just hit him. It would make an excellent edition to any pinball fans collection, or if you just need to get everything pokemon then you can show off another item of your pokemon paraphernalia collection to your friends. Below are some pics from the game.
