FAQs

What is Pokemon 'N Stuff? PnS is a small San Diego based buisness formally located in Seattle, Washington, selling and trading Pokemon TCG and Pokemon Trading Cards.

Will PnS ever be like the big boys and have shopping carts and credit card transactions? PnS will never be like the big boys because we here offer a service, a one on one service with our customers. Shopping carts and credit cards are all good but we prefer good old paper:-) But we are looking to it very closely cause it does generate more customers.

What is PayPal? We are now using PayPal.com for credit card transactions. We will not ask for your credit card number instead PayPal will be doing the actual transactions. PayPal uses email addresses for money transactions but to use PayPal you must sign up here at PayPal.com. For more information about PayPal please look over their website. After signing up all you must do to confirm yourself is your credit card number and email address. After you have activated your account you can then use your PayPal.com member ID (meaning your email address) to buy stuff here at Pokemon 'N Stuff. You must indicate that you are a PayPal member at the order form (step #8). Then we will bill you through that email address.

Whats up with all these make money surfing ads? They are there because it's another part of our revenue, and hey it doesn't hurt for you guys to join:-)

What are the shipping rates? Well that depends on which method you chose and how much security you want. Most of our customers are using old US mail service, which is all good at $1.50 per order up to 5 items (TCG) and it'll be at your door in 5-10 days. US Priority Mail costs $3-$4+ and comes to you at 2-3 days and 50cents more you'll get security and ID tracking. The rest of the methods are costly but still worth it.

What if I wanted to return my orders? Well that depends on what you buy at PnS. If you bought Singles (meaning one card) then there is two things we can do for you. First send it back and we'll send a full to partial refund, meaning that if we find that the card was damaged we would there for only give back a certain percentage hence a partial refund. Second thing is that you can exchange it with another item of equal or lesser value and shipping will be on us. But if you bought backs and or theme decks which have been opened then we can nothing for you bub!

Who do I make the check to? Well to the owner of Pokemon 'N Stuff of course, and his name is Don Owenn Vigo.

Where do I send the check? 7459 Bullock Drive San Diego, CA 92114

Can I add you to my links and affiliates page and will add me to yours? Of course you can just send an email along to us with your URL and we'll put it up on our site, but of course you have to add us to your site also.

How is it that such a small buisness has so much inventory? Because we are TCG players at heart, and collectors second. We started out back in late 1998 when Pokemon was nothing yet, and here we are in 2000 with the greatest craze in history! We've been holding out all the good stuff and now we got a huge inventory, which is now starting to deplete with all the sales:-P

I've seen Pokemon prices cheaper then yours, what gives? Well that is true, we may not have the lowest price around, but we also don't jack up our prices either:-) Really we don't make much money any how cause we provide more of a service in getting these cards too you, then getting a profit from it.

What are the conditions of the cards? Always the conditions of the cards are from near mint to mint condition. There is little contact made with the cards and are immidiately placed into an Ultra Pro protective sleeve then to an Ultra Pro Top Loader for further portection.
