This deck in basically one color, and that leads to advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that one color means you'll have plenty of energy to go around, second your only week against one type, and in this case other psychics. The one disadvantage about this deck are Abra and Dratini, with only 40HP its really going to be tough in the beginning rounds but with 4 Bill's and the 2 Professor Oaks you'll have their evolutions up there quickly. So try this deck out and see how you fare.
