NEW NEW NEW SHOW REVIEWS!!!! CHECK 'EM OUT!!!! RAT TRAPS @ HAIR OF THE DOG, NASHVILLE, TN APRIL 30, 2005 These guys (and gal),a trio from the rural west Tennessee town of Henderson, played my birthday party last month at the Barbarian and I instantly fell in love with their sound. With their no bass, dual-Silvertone sound and their general lack of rhythm, they make for a great trashy rock n roll band. Fans of real rock n roll, Memphis trash and Rip Off Records will love this band. The Rat Traps also feature Jeffrey Novak on drums... star of Jeffrey Novak and His One Man Band who tours the country and puts out records all over the world. He was almost at vomit stage towards the end of their set, dry-heaving a few times right before they closed out the set with a Headcoats tune that I can't remember the name to. Rat Traps are GO!.
